Hanging out
I once saw these guys swing so violently during a storm... I thought they were going to come down crashing. Thankfully, they hung on. Do you know what building they're attached to?

What they're attached to? -- well I'd say they're attached to the ceiling, but I know that's not the answer you're going for...
Oh crap, my joke was pretty lame -- you wanted to know what BUILDING they are attached to...
My only guess would be that long beautiful corridor paralleling the sidewalk, I think it's on Mission at about Second -- isn't it the Federal Reserve, or something like that? Oh heck, I don't know...
