Nice shot -- I've never actually been inside, but have tried to shoot the ceiling from outside the store...

You should go in! They actually leave you alone if you walk in just to photograph the glass roof, at least they do with a point-and-shoot? They're probably used to seeing a lot of tourists in that area. If you go up to the last level, there is some kind of restaurant and you can see the roof pretty close from there.
Personally, I think the building alone is worth a visit.
As to buying anything, well, last time I was in there, I picked up and examined a pair of sandals marked down to a mere ... $450 (it was a huge discount actually, since the original price on the sticker was something like $700).
